TL 1551 BLUNHAM THE HILL

GV II

House. C18, reworked and extended C19. Timber framed construction, partly
roughcast, partly encased in brick, with later brick block the whole
colourwashed. Thatched roof. Original block of 2-room plan, one storey and
attics, with later single bay of 2 storeys to E. Ground floor has 3 sash
windows with glazing bars under cambered heads, attic has 2 dormers with 2-
light casements, first floor has one horizontal sash with glazing bars. C20
gabled porch to centre of original block. Yellow brick gable end integral
stack to W end, paired diagonal stacks at junction with later bay.
