House. C16 with C19 fenestration. Timber framed construction with
colourwashed roughcast exterior. Thatched roof. L-plan, one storey and
attics. LH gable: ground floor has paired round-headed lights under square
head, first floor has 2-light round-headed window. RH block: 3 round-headed
lights under square head, 2-light window. All casements. E elevation of LH
gable has 6 fielded panel door in moulded surround, with gabled trellis porch.
Colourwashed brick ridge stack to both wings. Plaques: "GT 1801" (Godfrey
Thornton). C20 lean-to addition to rear.
