Cottage. Dated 1868. Red brick, yellow brick dressings, plain tile roof. T
plan. 1 1/2 storeys. Entrance front: forward RH gabled bay, entrance in re-
entrant angle. 2 2-light casements, with lozenge and diamond leaded glazing,
moulded stone lintels yellow brick jambs 1st floor 3-light oriel to gable
similarly glazed, supported on splayed brackets with stone shield bearing date
at foot. One 2-light gabled dormer similarly glazed. Studded boarded door,
beneath timber porch with tile roof. Yellow brick quoins and 1st floor band.
Red brick dentil course. Wavy bargeboards, the dormer with drop finial, the
gable with vertical and drop finial. Central brick stack. SE elevation: 1
1/2 storeys, 2 windows, similarly treated with all glazing and bargeboards
intact, the facade quartered by yellow brick band and vertical strip.
