Bedford Estate house dated 1862. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins.
Clay tile roof with bracketed stone eaves. One storey and attics. West
entrance front has left hand projecting gable with attic 2-light mullion
casement and ground floor canted bay. Right hand similar ground floor 2-light
casement. Gabled porch with stone coping and square headed moulded doorway.
N. elevation to road has two large gables. Two 2-light casements to each
floor. Rear small projecting gabled wing. All windows are cast iron lattice
casements.
