Early C17 cottage, with datestone 1603 on west gable apex. Coursed limestone
rubble, thatched roof. Basic two room plan. Central double sided hearth with
old brick stack. Modern casements under timber lintels. Two storeys. C19
wing on front of east end, making L-plan. Limestone, slate roof. 2-light
casements with glazing bars under brick cambered heads. Single storey stone
and pantiled outhouse on west gable end.
