SW 98 SE ST ENDELLION CHURCH HILL, (east side),
Port Isaac

Chandlers, now private house. Circa mid C19. Stone rubble with brick dressings,
slate roof and brick chimney stacks in hipped ends.
Single depth, probably 2-room plan with stair to left of entrance. Plan altered when
converted to domestic dwelling with upper floor approached by external stair on side
elevation to right and altered loading bay with hoist on left-hand side elevation.
3 storeys regular 3-window front. Ground floor with central wide partly glazed
double doors with probably C19 6-pane sash to left and cross window to right. First
and second floors each with three 6-pane sashes and probably narrow stair window
inserted to heft of centre. Left-hand side wall with loading door on second floor,
with C20 glazed door and teagle hoist above. Right-hand side wall with stone rubble
steps up to first floor opening-with C19 wrought-iron balustrade and part glazed 4-
panel door.
