Early Cl9. 2 storeys, basement and attics stuccoed. Slate roof with 3 dormers.
Wide moulded eaves cornice. 3 sashes set in Italianate architraves, the
side lst floor windows being 3-light. The ground floor has 2 3-light bays
and a French window. 2 rows of cast iron verandahs.
