1/267 Old Post Office (formerly
listed as Wormshill Post
26.4.68. Office)
House, once Post-Office and cottages, now house. C16 or earlier with
early C19 cladding. Timber-framed, weatherboarded. Right gable end
painted brick in English bond. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on
flint plinth with projecting eaves with flat soffits. Hipped roof
Brick ridge stack to right of centre and to rear to left. Irregular
fenestration of 4 windows; 2 glazing-bar sashes and two 2-light
casements. Panelled door towards left end under flat corniced
hood, half-glazed door to left end, and boarded door to right end.
Interior not inspected.
