Late C18 now isolated in a modern housing development. Red brick front on pennant plinth with freestone dressings, other elevations rendered. Three storeys, front divided into three units by stone pilasters, moulded cornice, rendered brick parapet with stone coping. Three windows, outer tripartite, sashes with flat heads, stone keys and stepped voussoirs, centre windows round-headed with keys and impost blocks and with cills on small cut-stone brackets. Central arched doorway with good doorcase, open dentilled pediment on composite half-columns, panelled door under radiating fanlight. Verandah removed from front. Three window return to right.
