II
House. Mid-to-late C19 front to C18 building. Front elevation
chequered red and grey brick on ground floor, tile-hung on first
floor, with single row of fishscale tiles below eaves. Plain
tile roof. 2 storeys on brick plinth with moulded wood eaves
cornice. Projecting stack to left end and end stack to right.
Regular fenestration of four narrow 2-light mullioned sashes,
ground floor windows with segmental heads. Panelled door beneath
second window from left in late C19 timber-framed porch with
brick infilling and plain bargeboards, up 3 steps. Interior
not fully inspected.
