House. Late C17/early C18 with early/mid C19 alterations and right range.
Regular coursed ironstone; right range of squared coursed ironstone. Slate
roofs; brick ridge stacks. L-plan, with C17 range forming 2-storey-and-attic
cross wing to left. 2-storey right range. 3-window range. Late C20 half-glazed
door in angle. Fixed light window above. Late C20 casements of 3 lights to right
and 2 lights to lean-to on right have glazing bars and concrete lintels.
One-window cross wing has C19/C20 casements, on ground floor of 2 lights with
concrete lintel, and of 3 lights above, in enlarged opening with wood lintel
inserted below remains of moulded stone label. 2-light attic casement. Return
sides and rear have recessed chamfered stone mullioned windows with moulded
stone label. Left return side has two 2-light ground floor windows and 3-light
first floor window with hood mould on right. Right return side has 3-light
ground floor window. Rear has 3-light windows. Ground floor has C19 casement.
Right range has C20 windows and dormer. Interior noted as having chamfered
ceiling beams. Open fireplace with moulded bressumer.
