C18 to early C19 front. 2 storeys 2 windows and central door. Old tile gabled roof; sagging ridge. Brick cladding. Upper windows 3 panes wide; architrave frames. Insurance Company Plaque. Onground floor segmental headed 2-light casement windows with small panes flanked by wooden boarded shutters. 6-flushed-pannelled door with top 2 panels cut away and glazed; architrave frame; flat hood on cut brackets.

The listed buildings (with numbers 3 and 5 and Shefield's Yard) in Park Row, and The WIndsor Almshouses (with the wall behind) all form a group.
