Late C17 to early C18; timber framed core. Tile Roof. Brick Front. 2 storeys. Modern openings. 2 3-light casements above iwth diamond shaped panes; 2 similar windows below; 3 dorrs, one legged; window with arched head in centre. Grade II on account of timber-framed core.

The Listed buildings in School Hill form a group with Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Luff's Cottages, Church LAne, Wrecclesham.
