Entrance gate piers C18, rusticated ashlar with moulded capping and ball
finials (lower parts godrooned). Early C19 quadrants flanking gates,
and boundary walls of coursed rubble about 5 ft 6 ins high with moulded
coping. Rounded north-east corner. Extends to Old Bitton track to south
and to old coach house to north-west.
Linked to coachhouse (qv) by segment-headed doorway with central ball
finial.
