Mid C19 villa, 2 storey, hipped slate roof flanking chimneys sutccoed and channel
jointed front, colour washed, flat band 1st floor. 3 bays symmetrical. Windows 1st
floor double hung sashes with glazing bars, centre window fixed lights divided with
heavy wood mullion, moulded architraves and stone cills.

Ground floor on french casement either side of half glazed door with marginal
glazing. Raised verandah with pent roof, later square timber columns, railing and
glazed end panels.
