Latter part of C18 but with mid C19 alterations. 3 storey brick house with later stucco
facing, long and short quoins. String courses, panelled parapet. 5 windows in moulded
architrave surrounds, those on ground floor with heavy vermiculated rustication and
large keystones. Plain area railings.
