Detached cottage, partly used as teashop. c1780. Plastered cob walls, hipped thatched roof, brick end stacks. Two storeys. Part-glazed door. Ground floor has two canted bay windows with casements with glazing bars. First floor has three casements with lead lights. Single-storey cob and thatched rear wing, of slightly later date, has one casement with lead lights. This attached to a former stable range at the rear, of brick and flint, with pantiled roof. Part of this now converted to kitchen.
