House, former farmhouse, with attached outbuildings. Late C18. Brick walls, low-pitched slate roof, plastered end stacks. Three storeys. Central six-panel door with fanlight with radiating glazing, in gauged semi-circular brick arch of two orders. Ground floor has two sash windows with glazing bars under gauged brick arches. First and second floors each have three similar windows. Lower, former service, range attached on right (part of this now a separate unit). This has brick walls and asbestos slate roof. Two storeys. Section belonging to Frogmore House has a ledged door, and a top-heavy window with glazing bars on each floor. Attached outbuildings on left - not of particular interest.
