SY 68 SW CHICKERELL TATTON FARM

6/111 Tatton House

- II

Detached House. Early-mid C19. Stone walls, stuccoed. Slate roof of pyramid
shape. Boxed eaves with pendant-based edge. Stone stack at centre, the upper
part rendered - Double-depth Plan. 2 storeys. 3 windows, lower are Venetian
windows, recessed and under segmental heads, first floor - sashes with thin
glazing-bars and crown glass. Front door at centre, 6 flush panels. Semi-
circular fanlight with glazing-bars, early C19. Pentice-roofed single storey
outshut at rear of house, with 3-light wooden casements and glazing-bars.
Studded plank door. The C20 2-storey extension at the north-west corner is
not of special interest.
