Detached Cottage. Stone tablet, inscribed and with date 1752. Shallow
rubble-stone walls, with some brick quoins and brick dressings. Slate roof,
hipped at left hand, and gabled at right hand with a stone coping. Brick
stack at right hand gable. Two storeys. 6 windows, sashes with thin glazing-
bars, flat brick arches with keystones, stone cills. Front door, left of
centre, flush-panelled C19, stone lintel, keyed, over. Rubble-stone outhouse
at south end is of special interest also.
