ST 50 SE CATTISTOCK SANDHILLS

GV II

Detached Farmhouse. Mid C19. Broadmayne brick walls in
Flemish bond, red brick gauged voussoirs, dogtooth brick
cornice, rubble-stone side walls. Slate roof with gable ends.
Brick stacks at each gable. Two storeys. 3 windows, sashes
with glazing-bars (16 pane), stone cills. Front doorway at
centre, with semi-circular ribbed brick arch over,6-panelled
(2-flush and 4 ribbed), segmental fanlight over without glazing-
bars. Attached front garden walls, flint rubble walls, iron
railings with spur-finials and urns at the intersections, iron
gate, brick piers with stone cornices and pineapple finials.
