Row of 12 cottages, late C18. Cob with thatched roof, half-hipped right.
Brick stacks at intervals along the ridge. Continuous brick, slated out-
shut to rear. 2 storeys, 24 window range. 2-light timber casements with
glazing bars, those to the ground floor under segmental brick heads. Each
cottage has a central gabled porch with plank door. Passages between front
and rear of the range are provided in places. Reputed to be one of the
longest continuously thatched ranges in the country.
