c1920. Detached house. Concrete block walls, thatch roof, brick stacks. Two
storeys, and attic. Main entrance in end gable wall. Ledged door in semi-circular
open timber porch with thatched roof. Ground floor has two casement windows with
iron sashes and lead lights. First floor has two similar windows. Attic has one
similar window. Thatched lean-tos on each of the side walls, set back from the main
gable end elevation . Similar windows in these walls.
