Farmhouse. Early C17 with C19 alterations. Limewashed sandstone rubble with
dressed quoins; concrete-tiled roof; brick stacks. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Ground
floor has late C20 part-glazed door in third bay from left; C20 casements of
2- and 3-lights in old flush surrounds with deeply-chamfered reveals. First
floor has blank bay above door; three similar casements in enlarged openings
with tooled-and-margined lintels. Truncated, stepped external stack to right
gabled return. Steeply-pitched roof has slightly-swept eaves and coped gables.
Rebuilt left end chimney; right end chimney of narrow, hand-made brick. Later
2-bay rear outshut has 4- and 12-pane horizontal sliding sashes.

Interior: right ground floor room has square-headed fireplace with chamfered
jambs and roughly-shaped lintel.
