House, now restaurant and offices. Early C17. Painted brick with Welsh
slate roof. 3 storeys, 2 windows. Ground floor altered; upper floors have
header-course lintels and projecting stone sills to late C19 sashes. Second
floor band.

Interior: dog-leg stair with straight flight to third floor has wide moulded
handrail on fat turned balusters; moulded newels have turned finials; moulded
closed dentilled string has pulvinated frieze. Second floor left room has
richly-decorated ceiling with pattern of moulded ribs, the panels containing
individual flower motifs. Reported to have early roof.
