C16 building, 2-storeys, timber framed with high quality carpentry. Modern
shop fronts on ground floor. Mixed sashes and casements on tile lst floor.
Roof peg-tiled, ridged and gabled to the north. Main block L-shaped, with
projection of one bay at north end (No 154), rendered, No 153 weather-boarded.
A taller wing projects to the rear at the north end.
