Cottage. C17/C18. Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with handmade red clay
tiles. 4 bays facing SE, with external stack at each end. C19 single-storey
extension to left, with external stack at end. C19/C20 lean-to extension at
rear, of painted brick roofed with corrugated iron. One storey with attics. 2
C19 casements, and 2 C20 casements in gabled dormers. Plain boarded door with
gabled canopy. Halved boarded door in left extension. Gambrel roof. Date 1631
inscribed in modern plaster of left gable. Chamfered axial beams with lamb's
tongue stops.
