A C18-C19 plastered front to a C17 timber-framed house with 2 gables on the front,
with ornamental bargeboards. 2 storeys. 4 Window range, C19 double-hung sashes
with vertical glazing bars. No 3 has a 5-panel door and Nos 1 and 2 have C20
doors, in wood doorcases with architraves and cornices. Between Nos 2 and 3 there
is a carriageway. Roofs tiled.

Manor House, Manor Place, Manor Lodge, Valley Cottages Nos 1, 2 and 3 with
No 1 Maldon Road form a group.
