A late C18 or early C19 plastered front to an earlier timber-framed house. Two storeys. Two window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey has two C19 shop bay windows. Roof tiled.

Nos 66 to 78 (even) with 57 to 61 (odd) and Munnions, Banstreets, Bell Street, the Church of St Mary and the Vicarage Church Street form a group.
