Lobby-entrance house, early Cl7. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade
red clay tile. 4 bays aligned approx. E-W, aspect S, with axial chimney stack
in second bay from it end and external chimney stack on E end. Small single-
storey lean-to extension at E end, roofed with C20 red clay corrugated tiles.
storeys. Glazed, 5 door, 5 casement windows on ground floor and 4 on first
floor, all C20. Chimney stack has grouped diagonal shafts. Has been converted
to 3 tenements and re-combined.
