Two houses, forming a pair. 1830's-40's, probably for the Corby Castle Estate. Dressed red sandstone with raised quoins, slate roof, brick chimney stacks. Two storeys: Milford of three bays and Grove Cottage of two bays. Plain surrounds to entrances and windows: Milford has cornice supported by console brackets. Windows are single-bar sashes. C20 doors.
