Former house. C17 or earlier, altered in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. Main range of three bays facing south, with stack in middle bay behind ridge. Crosswing of four bays at left, extending forwards and backwards to form a T-plan. C20 single-storey flat-roofed extension to left. Main range of two storeys and attics, crosswing of one storey and attic. Ground floor, former shop windows, and two C20 square bays. First floor, four C20 casements. Attic, one more in slated swept dormer, two C20 doors. C19 fretted bargeboards on gable of crosswing. Four octagonal shafts, rebuilt.
