Late C17 house of 2 storeys with dormers. Grey brick with red brick dressings. Hipped old tile roof with coved plaster cornice. Seven bays with double-hung barred sashes in flush moulded frames and gauged flat arches to ground floor. Early to mid C1-S. At rear are number of surviving cross-casements of C17.
Later central doorcase with bracketed hood, reeded half-columns and patterned fanlight. Three flat roofed dormers to front. Late C17 north-west wing timber-framed of 2 storeys with one window. Interior has original fielded panelled hall.
First floor coved segmental ceiling and close string newel staircase with turned
balusters.
