Early C19. Plum coloured brick, red brick raised quoins arid dressings,
channelled stucco ground floor, Welsh slate roof, 3 storeys, eaves cornice.
2 ground floor plain wide office windows; central half glazed door end
oblong fanlight with glazing bars in reveal, surround of Doric pilasters,
console brackets to hood with patence, frieze with oval paterae between
consoles. Upper floors have 3 sashes; 1st floor outer windows altered
C19 to oriel canted bays, central balconette, glazing bars only to upper
half of window; 2nd floor balconettes, glazing bars.

Nos 19 to 23 (consec) form a group.
