Circa 1840. Asymmetric Gothic. 2 storey yellow brick villa in its own grounds.
Extensions to south-west and coach house block. Shallow slate roof with brick
chimneys. 3 windows on 1st floor with shallow gables in roof. 2 light Gothick
'Y' - glazed casements with 4 centre relieving arch over in painted headers. Ground
floor has 5 light ground floor bay to left and a 2 light casement to right. Porch
in west angle set diagonally with angle buttresses. Slit windows at sides. Four
centred arch over door of beaded planks and 'Y' type painted window over in gable.
Pine-cone finial.

Nos 34, 35A, 35, 38 and the street wall and gates to No 38 form a group.
