House. C17 and early C18. Original C17 three unit plan cottage
now service wing to house of local yellow gault brick with red
brick quoins and dressings. Band between floors of brick, south
facing elevation plastered with modern closed porch and door.
Slate roof, parapet gables with kneelers and end stacks. Two
storeys and attics, three 'bays'. Three first floor, and two
ground floor replacement eight paned hung sash windows. Rear
wing one storey and attic, pantiled roof with modern dormer
windows and C17 ridge stack.
