Formerly Helpston Heath Farmhouse. C18 farmhouse with mid C19 wing. Coursed
stone with Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends. Two storeys and attic.
Three window range. Sashes with glazing bars, first floor C19 sash with arched
head. Canted first floor bay window at east end. End and ridge stacks.
Mid C19 gabled cross wing at west end, dressed stone, with Collyweston stone
roof with coped gable, sashes with glazing bars in plain stone surrounds.
