C16/17 long stone rubble barn with stables at west end. Steeply pitched Collyweston
stone roof with gabled ends. Barn doors either side flanked by buttresses with
ashlar set-offs. Small square ventilation holes. Yellow brick arches to implement
and cart sheds inserted in C19 on south side. The stables at the north end
are probably C17.
The barn has a tie-beam truss roof with renewed 'V' struts, collars and through
purlins. Wind braces to the principal rafters.
