Villa. Probably c.1850. Grey gault brick with stone details.
Slate roof, shallow pitch and hipped with internal stacks.
Double pile plan. Two storreys and double fronted. Flush stone
rustication to quoins and plain stone band at first floor sill
height. Three window range of recessed hung sashes, twelve
panes in flat arches. Central doorway with moulded doorcase
surround, painted white, with narrow hood on brackets. The
ground floor windows flanking the doorway are full length,
twelve panes each and have gauged, yellow brick arches.
