House. 1837 (dated brick). Gault brick with low pitch hipped slate roof and
symmetrical internal stacks. Double pile plan. Two storeys. Symmetrical
facade of three recessed, twelve pane hung sashes. Central doorway in double
recessed elliptical arch. Six panelled door with rectangular fanlight and
glazed surround. Brick inscribed HC and dated 1837 in front wall near
doorway.
