C19 earlier. 2 storeys, 3 windows, with 1 storey, 2 window extension on west
side. Modern tiled roof with gable to street. Yellow gault brick. Dentil brick
eaves cornice. Recessed sash windows with stucco voussoir block arches and glazing
bars. Central wooden doorcase with pilasters carrying entablature, patterned fanlight
and panelled door.
