Small cottage. Late C17 or early C18 with C20 alterations and addition.
Timber framed and roughcast rendered. Thatched half hipped roof and pantiled
outshut. Two C20 brick stacks. One storey and attic, lobby entry, three unit
plan, with single storey service room behind stack. Flat extension to north
and main entrance; two casement windows to right hand. Interior: Open
hearth; torched plaster between rafters, chamfered ceiling beams.
