Farmhouse. c. 1830 with later alterations. Rubble, brick dressings, triple
roll tiled roof with brick gable stacks, sides and rear pebbledashed, pantiled
rear lean-to. 2 storeys and 3 windows, all sashes with cambered brick heads and
sides, central gabled early C20 porch with bargeboards, C20 door, inner door with
6 grooved panels, fanlight with Y-tracery. Left and right returns have 4-pane
attic light, 2-light casement with segmental head to ground floor right. Rear
has three 2-light casements with segmental heads and glazing bars at first floor,
single storey lean-to along rear has 2-light casement, double doors and three
6-pane lights. Interior: not inspected.
