Backing on to Clapton Lane. 2 storey whitewashed C18/early C19 house set back
from the road. Parapet with gable end stacks. 3 windows, elongated on ground
floor. Sashes in flush frames with glazing bars. Trellised verandah to ground
floor. Central double glazed doors.
