3/1 April Cottage.

1/3/1967 II

Cottage: C17 or earlier, some C19 alterations and late C20 addition.
Rendered stone, thatched roof and a gable brick chimney. 2-room plan
with entry against fireplace. 1-storey and attic, 3-bay front. Left
end bay has C20 door in original position. 2 small 3-light wooden
casements below, and 2 small lights above, one swept over by the
thatch. C20 extension to the left.
Interior: not inspected.
