2 houses. Mid-late C18. Coursed rubble and rubble, pantile roof with stone
slates to eaves. 2 storeys, 2:2 first-floor windows. Sundial Cottage (on
left): coursed rubble. Quoins to left. Central board door in ashlar
surround, with sundial on lozenge-shaped plaque on wall above. 4-pane sash
windows under deep stone lintels. Ashlar coping to left. Brick end stacks.
Rose Cottage (to right): rubble. To left, board door in segmental-arched
ashlar surround with imposts. Above, 4-pane sash window in ashlar surround.
To right, 1 bay of 4-pane sash windows. Brick stack to end right.
