House and attached outbuilding. Mid C18, altered in late C19. Ashlar and
rubble, pantile roofs. 2 storeys. House: 3 bays. Ashlar. Quoins.
Central open wooden porch with 4-panel door below overlight. Sash windows
with plate-glass lower sashes and smaller 4-pane upper lights, canted bays
on ground floor. Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping to left, raised verge to
right. Brick end stacks. Lower outbuilding to right, rubble, with 1 small
shuttered opening on each floor.
