GV II

Brewery, now fuel store. Late C18 - early C19. For the Hartley family.
Rubble, stone slate roof. Single storey, with basement to right, 2 cells.
Quoins. Openings have keyed ashlar surrounds. Central 6-panel door in
part-quoined surround. Sash windows with glazing bars, of 24 panes to left.
Shuttered coal chute below right window. Hipped roof. Right return: board
door in chamfered surround. Interior: to left, fireplace and set-pot, stone
sinks, fielded panel window shutters. The building was used as a laundry at
one time.
