Farmhouse and 2 cottages, now house and shop premises. House dated 1622,
cottages probably C18 with C20 refenestration and conversion. Coursed
gritstone rubble, graduated stone slate roof. Quoins. 2 storeys; house of
3 bays, 2 x l-bay cottages. House: central panelled door, the top 3 lights
glazed, in a quoined surround with moulded chamfer carried over a shallow
triangular doorhead; the lintel has large raised letters, "TT 1622 HT".
Flanking 5-light recessed chamfered mullion windows;all under a continuous
dripmould stepped up over the entrance. Similar 4-light windows to first
floor and a central, probably enlarged, 2-light window centre. Central
ridge stack and a 2-flue stack to left, at junction with later range.
Cottages: C20 doors and windows in original openings, those to ground floor
probably enlarged.
