House. Mid C19. Coursed gritstone, ashlar dressings, graduated thin stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Projecting long and short quoins. Central
6-panel door in plain surround with cornice; 4-pane sashes in plain
surrounds, shorter on 1st floor and with sill band. Gutter brackets. End
stacks. Interior not inspected at re-survey. Included for group value.
